Lessorix is a comprehensive property management platform that enables property owners and managers to efficiently manage rental properties, tenants, maintenance records, and financial operations. Our service includes but is not limited to property listings, tenant management, rent collection, maintenance tracking, and reporting tools.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service.

You retain ownership of all property data, tenant information, and content you upload to the Service. However, you grant Lessorix a license to use, store, and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of all data you input into the system.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Lessorix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
